- Abstract
- 본 연구는 유보통합을 위한 0~5세 영유아교사 자격, 영유아교육과 중심 양성체제와 기존 교원의 교사 자격 부여 방안을 모색하고자 수행되었다. 교육과정을 중심으로 유치원, 초등학교, 중등학교의 계열성 있는 일원화 방안을 모색하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유치원교사와 보육교사의 자격 차이를 바탕으로 0~5세 영유아교사 자격을 제시하였다. 둘째, 유치원교사와 보육교사 양성기관을 영유아교육과로 일원화하여 관리하는 방안을 제안하였다. 셋째, 기존 유치원교사와 보육교사에게 일원화된 0~5세 영유아교사 자격을 부여할 한시적인 연수를 제안하였다. 결론적으로, 유보통합 이후 일원화된 영유아교육과에서 0~5세 영유아교사 자격을 관리하여 질높은 영유아교사를 양성하여야 한다.
