| dc.description.abstract | 목적 본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 자율성과 놀이지원역량이 2019 개정 누리과정의 놀이실행에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법 조사대상은 경남지역 유아교육기관의 만3-5세 담당 유아교사 324명으로, 2022년 6월 20일부터 7월 17일까지 교사의 자율성, 놀이지원역량 및 2019 개정 누리과정의 놀이실행에 대한 교사의 인식을 설문지 조사하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 25.0을 이용하여 기술통계, Pearson의 적률상관분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 적용하였다. 결과 첫째, 유아교사의 자율성, 놀이지원역량과 2019 개정 누리과정의 놀이실행은 높은 수준에 가까웠다. 둘째 유아교사의 자율성과 놀이지원역량은 2019 개정 누리과정의 놀이실행과 유의미한 정적 상관이 나타났다. 셋째, 유아교사의 2019 개정 누리과정의놀이실행에는 교사의 자율성과 놀이지원역량이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 이 결과는 2019 개정 누리과정의 놀이실행을 증진하기 위해서는 유아교사의 자율성과 놀이지원역량을 증진하는 것이 중요함을 시사한다. | - |
