| dc.description.abstract | 연구 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 성장마인드셋, 놀이민감성, 놀이중심 교육과정 실천역량의 관계를 파악하고, 성장마인드셋과 놀이민감성이 놀이중심 교육과정 실천역량에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구 방법: 유아교사를 대상으로 한 조사연구로 2024년 1월 29일부터 2월 23일까지 자료를 수집하였고, 회수된 설문지 241부를 SPSS 27.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 연구 내용: 유아교사의 성장마인드셋, 놀이민감성, 놀이중심 교육과정 실천역량은 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났고, 성장마인드셋과 놀이민감성의 하위요인인 놀이지원, 놀이해석, 유아이해, 놀이관찰은 놀이중심 교육과정 실천역량에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 및 제언: 놀이중심 교육과정의 실행 수준을 향상하기 위해 유아교사의 성장마인드셋 수준을 높이고 놀이민감성을 강화할 필요가 있으며, 교사의 성장마인드셋과 놀이민감성을 높일 수 있는 교사 교육 및 다양한 프로그램 개발이 요구된다. 핵심어: 유아교사, 성장마인드셋, 놀이민감성, 놀이중심 교육과정, 실천역량 | - |
