- Abstract
- 갯기름나물은 아열대 기후대에서 자생하는 식물로 분류학적으로 미나리과에 속한다. 갯기름나물의 잎과 뿌리는 감기과 신경통의 약제로 사용되고 있다. 갯기름나물에 발생하는 시들음병원균으로 Fusarium solani가 알려져있으나, 국내에서 시들음병과 병원균이 보고되지 않았다. 총 5가지의 살균제의 Fusarium solani에 의해 발생하는 갯기름나물의 시들음병의 방제가를 평가한 결과, Propaocarb hydrochloride와 hymexazol이 80%의 방제가를 나타내었다. 본 결과는 두가지 약제가 Fusarium solani에 의해 발생하는 갯기름나물의 시들음병 방제에 효과적인 방법임을제시한다.
