- Abstract
- 목적 본 연구는 어린이집 교사가 인식한 동료교사 및 부모-교사 협력관계, 공감능력이 행복감에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 특히 동료교사 및 부모-교사 협력관계가 행복감에 미치는 영향에서 공감능력의 매개효과를 실증적으로 검증하는데 목적을 두었다. 방법 이를 위하여 경상남도 C시에 소재한 어린이집에 근무하는 교사 220명을 대상으로 동료교사 및 부모-교사 협력관계를 독립변인, 공감능력을 매개변인, 행복감을 종속변인으로 선정하여 설문 조사를 실시하였고 수집된 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 신뢰도 검증, 상관관계, 중다회귀분석을 적용하여 연구결과를 도출하였다. 결과 어린이집 교사가 인식한 동료교사 협력관계, 부모-교사 협력관계, 공감능력은 행복감에 유의한 영향을 미치고 동료교사 및부모-교사 협력관계가 행복감에 미치는 영향에서 공감능력은 부분매개변수로서 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 보육의 질을 높이기 위해 교사의 행복감은 제고되어야 한다. 교사의 행복감 증진을 위해 동료교사 및 부모-교사 협력관계를강화하는 방안과 교사의 공감능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 적극적으로 검토해야 할 것이다.
