| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 그림책을 통한 요리활동이 유아의 정서지능과 식습관에 미치는 효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 J시에 위치한 I유치원의 만4세 유아 15명과 H유치원의 만4세 15명으로 선정하였으며, 총 7회기 이루어졌다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 유아의 정서지능과 식습관에 대한 효과를 분석하고자 독립표본 t검정을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 그림책을 통한 요리활동이 유아의 정서지능 전체와 자기인식 및 표현, 자기조절능력, 타인인식능력, 타인조절능력 등의 정서지능 하위요인에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 또한 식습관 전체와 하위요인인 위생인식, 식사예절, 식사태도 등에도 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 따라서 그림책을 통한 요리활동이 유아의 정서지능과 식습관을 향상시키기 위한 효율적인 교수학습․방법임을 알 수 있다. | - |
