| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 대학의 진로교육 정책과 현황을 살펴보고, 대학생의 진로인식 및 진로교육프로그램 분석을 통해 진로교육 개선을 위한 기초자료를 마련하기 위해 수행되었다. G대학 재학생 1,322명을 대상으로 실시한 진로취업인식조사에서 진로교육관련 결과를 활용하여 데이터를 수집하였으며, 학년 및 계열에 따라 학생의 진로인식은 교차분석을, 진로교육프로그램 선호도는 기술통계분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 자기이해를 통한 진로탐색프로그램을 강화하고, 진로결정 시기를 앞당겨야 하며, 개인의 진로준비 정도에 맞는 진로교육프로그램 개발의 필요성을 제안하였다. | - |
