Salinity of DC-SFF ranged from not detected-1.9 g/100g, which was 0.0-49.9% for elderly people based on the daily recommended intake of salinity. Mineral content ofDC-SFF ranged from 11.0-414.4 mg/100 g calcium, 14.6-226.5 mg/100 g potassium, 1.9-30.4 mg/100 g magnesiumand not detected-4.8 mg/100 g zinc.
