- Abstract
- The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of international exhibition experience factor on visitor’s satisfaction and revisit intention. For this purpose, we set hypotheses relationship among educational experience factor of international exhibition (EDUEF), entertaining experience factor of international exhibition (ENTEF), aesthetic experience factor of international exhibition (AESEF), escapist experience factor of international exhibition (ESCEF), satisfaction (SAT) and revisit intention (RI). To verify theses hypotheses, we conducted structure equation modeling analysis on the data from 452 visitors of 2019 Korea International Boat Show. The result of this study is as follows: Frist, EDUEF positively impacts on SAT. Second, ENTEF positively impacts on SAT. Third, AESEF positively impacts on SAT. Fourth, SAT positively impacts on RI. We discuss the theoretical and managerial implications of this study, and suggest the direction of future research.
