- Abstract
- 4차 산업혁명 시대에 필요한 인재를 육성하기 위해서는 학생들의 특성과 요구에 맞는 학습자 중심 수업이 필요하다. 특히 다양한 요구와 관심을 갖고 수업에 참여하는 영재 학생들에게는 이러한 학습자 중심의 학생 능동형 수업이 더욱 의미를 갖는다. 이러한 요구에 부응하기 위해 본 연구에서는 플립드 러닝을 기반으로 하는 학습자 주도형 과학영재 교육 교수-학습 모형을 개발하고, 해당 모형을 기반으로 실제 프로그램을 개발하여 영재 수업에 적용하고 다양한 학습 결과를 분석하였다. 나아가 학습자 주도형 과학영재 교육 프로그램을 보다 효율적으로 운영하기 위한 방안을 제안하였다.
