노인의 지역사회복지서비스 환경 수준이 자아존중감에 미치는 영향: 노인차별경험 인식의 매개효과를 중심으로

초록

This study aims to examine the influence of the community welfare service environment on the self-esteem of older adults, with a particular focus on the mediating effect of perceived discrimination experiences. A total of 502 data points were used, and the SPSS Macro program was employed to verify the mediating effects and significance. The key findings are as follows: First, a more favorable community welfare service environment is positively associated with higher levels of self-esteem among older adults. Second, the community welfare service environment significantly affects the perception of discrimination experiences; specifically, a more favorable environment corresponds to a lower perception of discrimination among the elderly. Third, perceived discrimination experiences mediate the relationship between the community welfare service environment and self-esteem. Based on these empirical findings, the study discusses practical and policy-oriented intervention strategies aimed at enhancing positive self-concept in older adults.
