초록

This study presents the design and implementation of a power module integrated into a motor controller for driving a three-phase induction motor mounted on a missile launcher. The module incorporates active power factor correction, receives a single-phase 220 VAC input, and provides an isolated 28 VDC output. A secondary isolated DC-DC converter generates a 5 VDC output to supply power to the control and driver modules. Status monitoring and protective circuits were included to enhance system reliability. In addition, EMI immunity and environmental resilience were addressed from the design phase in accordance with the MIL-STD-461F and MIL-STD-810F standards. Functional, EMI, and environmental tests were conducted with the module integrated into the motor controller in order to validate the performance and durability of the power module. The status signal output and voltage regulation functioned normally under resistive load during the functional testing. The module also successfully passed the EMI and environmental tests. Hence, the results of this work show that the developed module is suitable for use in motor controllers deployed in military missile launcher platforms. © ICROS 2026.
