청소년 시기 창의적 성향의 종단적 변화와 안정성

The study examines the changes and stability of adolescents' creative personalities by dividing them into occasion and trait factors. For this purpose, data was collected from 1,975 students who continuously responded to the survey for 6 years from the 1st~6th year of the Korea Child and Youth Panel Survey 2018, consisting of 1,051 male and 924 female students. The result confirmed that the TSO model, including trait, state, and occasion factors, suits the adolescent creative personality. The explanatory amount of trait factors was 22.8%~59.3%. The explanatory amount of occasion factors was 40.7%~77.2%, indicating that the amount of occasion factors is higher than that of trait factors. However, as students progressed from middle school to high school, it was found that the amount of explanation of trait factors of students' creative tendencies gradually increased, and the amount of explanation of occasion factors gradually decreased. When examining the autoregressive coefficients of occasion factors in the creative disposition, it was stable according to the grade change. This study has significance in enhancing adolescents' creative personalities by dividing them into trait and occasion factors and examining the changing pattern and stability.
