의미연결망 분석과 토픽모델링을 활용한 유아교사의 교사효능감 연구 동향 분석

초록

This study aimed to analyze research trends in teacher efficacy among early childhood educators using semantic network analysis and topic modeling. 792 papers on teacher efficacy among early childhood educators, indexed in the Korea Citation Index (KCI) from 2005 to March 2025, were analyzed. The keyword frequency (TF) analysis and the keyword frequency-inverse document frequency (TF-IDF) analysis revealed that job satisfaction, environment, experience, professionalism, teacher education, play, and competence emerged as essential. The semantic network analysis, conducted by dividing the timeline into three periods, revealed that in the first period (2005–2012), education, employment, career, general, and perception had high degree centrality and betweenness centrality. In the second period (2013–2019), education, program, influence, perception, and structure showed high betweenness centrality. In the third period (2020–2025), education, support, provision, foundation, and influence were identified as having a high degree of centrality and betweenness centrality. The topic modeling results identified six major topics: enhancing play competence, overcoming psychological burnout, professional development, managing well-being, teaching strategies, and social interaction. This study is significant because it analyzes research trends in teacher efficacy among early childhood educators using text mining techniques and suggests directions for future research.
