- Abstract
- 본 연구는 대학생들을 대상으로 성인 애착 불안이 대인관계 유능성에 미치는 영향에서 무조건적 자기수용의 매개효과가 있는지 살펴보고, 사후반추사고가 이러한 매개효과를 조절하는지 확인하기 위해 진행되었다. 이를 위해 전국 대학생들 370명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인 애착 불안과 대인관계 유능성의 관계에서 무조건적 자기수용이 완전매개하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사후반추사고는 성인 애착 불안과 무조건적 자기수용의 관계를 조절하였다. 마지막으로, 사후반추사고는 성인 애착 불안이 무조건적 자기수용을 통해 대인관계 유능성에 영향을 미치는 경로에서 조절된 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의, 상담적 시사점 및 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.
