- Abstract
- 본 연구는 마음챙김이 우울에 미치는 영향에서 정서인식명확성과 적응적 인지적 정서조절전략의 간접효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 경남 지역의 대학생 남녀 275명을 대상으로 마음챙김, 우울, 정서인식명확성, 적응적 인지적 정서조절전략에 대한 질문지를 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였고 무응답이나 이상치가 있는 57명의 자료를 제외한 218명의 자료를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 상관분석을 통해 측정변인 간의 관계를 검토하였고, 변인 간의 구조적 관계를 살펴보고 간접효과를 검증하기 위하여 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 마음챙김이 정서인식명확성과 적응적 인지적 정서조절전략을 순차적으로 경유하여 우울에 영향을 미치는 간접효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다.
