- Abstract
- 본 연구는 인공지능(AI)을 학습 촉진자로 통합한 실행학습 기반 창업교육 프로그램인 DINO CAMP의 운영과 학습성과를 탐색적으로 분석하였다. 경상국립대학교 창업교육 참가자 38명을 대상으로 사전·사후 설문과 팀 리포트 분석을 병행하였다. 분석 결과, 모든 역량(AI 리터러시, 문제해결능력, 협력적 자기조절, 기회발견능력, 자기효능감, 창업의지)이 유의하게 향상되었으며, 특히 기회발견능력과 문제해결역량의 향상이 두드러졌다. 질적분석에서는 AI가 학습자의 사고를 자극하고 팀 간 피드백과 멘토링을 통해 '사고 자극-협력-실행'의 학습 순환을 형성함을 확인하였다. 다만 성찰 단계의 부족은 개선 과제로 도출되었다. 본 연구는 AI가 학습자의 사고 확장을 촉진하는 인지적 파트너로 작용함을 실증하며, 이를 기반으로 한 DINOR 모델(Discover-Innovate-Navigate-Optimize-Reflect)의 설계 방향을 제시하였다.
