- Abstract
- 본 연구는 한국지질자원연구원(KIGAM)의 2020~2024년 연구사업계획을 대상으로 전략목표와성과목표별 연구 생산성, 효율성 변화, 기술변화를 정량적으로 분석하였다. 연구사업계획의 네 가지 전략목표와 여덟 개의 성과목표를 분석체계로 설정하고, 이에 기반한 연구성과 데이터를Malmquist 생산성지수로 평가하였다. R&D 투자액·인력을 투입요소로, 논문·특허·기술이전·기술자문을 산출요소로 활용하여 기술 분야별 생산성 변동을 도출한 결과, 일부 목표는 생산성과 기술혁신이 모두 향상된 반면, 일부는 외부 변화 속도에 비해 내부 역량 강화가 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석은 성과 격차의 구조적 원인 파악과 연구역량 강화, 자원 배분 전략 개선에 시사점을 제공하며, 중기 R&D 전략 및 성과관리 체계 고도화에 실증적 근거를 제시한다.
