- Abstract
- The purpose of this study is to provide practical implications for establishing a campaign policy to expand the related population of rural and fishing villages in danger of local extinction by deeply analyzing the process of creating a campaign ecosystem in the region, which has emerged as a preferred campaign destination for Namhae-gun. The results of analyzing how Namhae-gun's campaign policy is being promoted as a strategy to expand the related population in the region, and what role-sharing system is established by public and private campaign facilities are as follows. First, Namhae-gun is promoting the expansion of the related population through the location as a clear policy goal as a strategy to respond to regional extinction. Second, a multi-layered work ecosystem is being built in a state in which the division of roles, functions, and main targets of use between public and private workplaces is clear. Third, it is linking the campaign policy and the youth settlement policy. Fourth, the local extinction response fund was strategically used to build work location facilities. Fifth, in the process of Namhae-gun's establishment as a tourist attraction, the active attraction and collaboration of corporate tourism played a major role.
