- Abstract
- 인구는 고령화되고 지역의 인구는 감소하는 등 급격한 인구구조의 변화를 겪고 있는 반면 활동적 노년을 보내고자 하는 액티브 시니어의 출현은 노인여가복지시설의 재정립을 요구하고 있다. 본 연구는 인구변화에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있는 노인복지관의 발전방향을 제시하고 경남지역의 특성에 기반한 공간 및 기능적 대응 전략을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 문헌 고찰과 사례분석을 통해 경남지역의 인구학적 특성과 시설 운영 현황을 검토하여 경남지역의 특수성과 인구변화에 부합하는 발전전략을 제시하였다.
