- Abstract
- 수작업 스케치와 3D CAD를 활용한 기존 배관지지대 설계 방식이 주로 간섭 체크에 국한되는 한계를 해결하기 위해, 보다 효율적이고 표준화된 설계 환경을 제안한다. 이를 위해 3D CAD 환경에서 설계 형상을 실시간으로 확인하며 설계를 진행할 수 있는 add-in 어플리케이션을 개발하였다. 또한, 설계의 표준화를 기반으로 한 별도의 설계 프로그램을 활용하여 실제 현장 조건과 동일한 환경에서 배관지지대 설계를 수행할 수 있는 방법론을 제시한다. 이러한 접근법은 설계 초기 단계에서 발생할 수 있는 오류를 최소화하고, 후속 공정에서의 효율성을 크게 향상시킬 것으로 기대된다.
