| dc.description.abstract | In this paper, a control module was designed and implemented for the three-phase induction motor control system of a missile launcher vehicle. The proposed module utilizes a TMS320F28377D microcontroller to generate real-time PWM signals at a frequency of 10 kHz and execute motor control using a V/f control algorithm. The hardware includes self-diagnostic functions that monitor the A/D converter, RS-422 communication, and power status. Interfaces for current sensors, analog signal processing, and discrete I/O are also integrated. To ensure mechanical stability under operational stresses such as vibration and shock, the module is housed in a secure enclosure with an edge-lock mechanism. System-level testing was conducted by integrating the control module into a motor controller. The results confirmed stable operation for external command processing, motor drive, relay control, and status reporting. Operational control was performed based on system monitoring, and reliable performance was maintained even under a 120-bar hydraulic load. Furthermore, the module passed electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and environmental tests, including temperature, humidity, vibration, and shock, demonstrating compliance with military-grade reliability standards.
