- Abstract
- 페로브스카이트 기반 발광 소자는 발광 스펙트럼의 반치폭이 좁고, 용액 공정이 가능하여 제조 비용이 저렴하다는 점에서 차세대 디스플레이 소재로 주목받고 있다. 색의 구현을 위해서 필수적인 요소 중 하나인 청색 발광 소자는 낮은 효율과 짧은 수명으로 인해 상용화되지 못하고 있다. 소자 성능의 주된 장애물은 발광층과 전하수송층의 계면에서 발생하는 다양한 문제점들이다. 본 리뷰에서는 페로브스카이트 기반의 청색 발광 소자의 효율과 수명을 저해하는 주요 계면 문제들을 정리하고, 이를 해결하기 위해 제시된 연구 및 전략을 검토한다. 정공수송층과 페로브스카이트의 계면 엔지니어링을 중심으로 여러 방법론을 비교하며, 결과적으로 고성능의 청색 발광 소자 개발을 위한 연구 방향을 제시한다.
