- Abstract
- 본 연구는 범죄예방 건축기준 제10조(100세대 이상 공동주택에 대한 기준)를 대상으로, 개방형 BIM 기반 자동 검토 시스템 구축을 위한 정보 전달 명세서(IDS: Information Delivery Specification)파일을 작성한다. 이를 위해 범죄예방 건축기준 제10조를 분석하여 각 조항의 요구사항을 IFC 객체, 속성(Property Set)과 매핑하였다. 이후 표준 IFC에 존재하지 않는 속성은 buildingSMART Data Dictionary(bsDD) 또는 사용자정의 Pset으로 정의하고, 각 객체별 요구 속성에 대해 데이터 타입, 값 제한 조건 등을 포함한 IDS 파일을 작성하였다. 연구 결과는 범죄예방 건축기준의 요구사항 중 속성 기반 정보로 해석 가능한 요소들을 디지털화함으로써, CPTED 기준이 BIM 기반 설계 및 행정 프로세스에서 자동화될 수 있는 기술적 기반을 제시하였다.
