- Abstract
- 본 연구는 DSM-5 도박장애 진단 기준에 대한 신뢰도, 타당도, 분류 정확성을 확인하고 DSM-5 도박장애 진단 기준의 심리측정적 특징을 DSM-IV의 병적 도박 진단 기준의 심리측정적 특징과 진단 분류의 정확성을 비교 검증하기 위해서 수행되었다. 참여자는 도박문제로 심리치료를 받고 있는 내담자 99명과 일반인 118명 이었다. 모든 참여자에게 표준화된 진단기준 질문지를 실시하였다. 신뢰도, 타당도 및 ROC분석을 실시한 결과, DSM-5 도박장애 진단기준은 만족할만한 신뢰도, 타당도 그리고 진단적 분류 정확성을 보였다. DSM-IV의 병적 도박 진단기준과 비교해 볼 때 DSM-5 도박 장애의 신뢰도, 타당도 그리고 진단적 분류의 민감도에서 비슷한 수준을 보였다. 그러나 거짓 양성 오류는 DSM-5가 다소 높았다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점과 추후연구에 대해서 논의하였다.
