- Abstract
- Taping machines are essential equipment in various industries, including packaging, manufacturing, and logistics, and they are crucial to the determination of the efficiency and quality of operations. Evaluating the performance of such devices requires comprehensive consideration of not only technical specifications but also user convenience, economics, and sustainability of the work environment. In this study, we focused on six important factors to evaluate the performance of the taping devices: size, weight, rotation speed, noise, taping time, and durability. By systematically analyzing each element, we aim to design, manufacture, and utilize a taping device optimized for the working environment and to explore in detail the definition of each element, the evaluation criteria, and their impact on the overall performance of the taping device.
