Abstract

This study examines the association of satisfaction factors with career and employment linkage satisfaction among 110 participants in Gyeongsang National University's Future Automotive Technology Convergence Innovation Talent Development Project. The findings indicate that satisfaction with education operations and consortium companies significantly enhances career and employment linkage satisfaction, highlighting the importance of program operations and corporate collaboration in career preparation. Furthermore, satisfaction with the educational environment also positively correlates with overall satisfaction, whereas educational selection satisfaction negatively affects career linkages, indicating a need for process improvement. A correlation analysis reveals strong associations between career and employment linkage satisfaction and all satisfaction variables, especially with consortium company involvement. The study recommends enhancing program operations and corporate collaboration, refining the selection process and maintaining a supportive educational environment. Future research should explore the program’s effectiveness in diverse settings to develop tailored programs that maximize educational outcomes. These insights will aid in the ongoing development of the project and improve students’ satisfaction with educational initiatives.
