- Abstract
- 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 기본심리욕구, 자아존중감, 학과만족도, 가족건강성, 진로태도성숙도의 관계를파악하고, 이들 변인이 진로태도성숙도에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위해서 수행되었다. 자료수집은 3개 대학교에재학중인 간호대학생 218명을 대상으로 2019년 8월-9월까지 진행되었다. 수집된 자료는 t test, one way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, 다중 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 진로태도성숙도는 3.48점(범위1-5점)이었고, 간호대학생의 진로태도성숙도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자아존중감, 학과만족도, 자율성이었다. 이들세 변인은 간호대학생의 진로태도성숙도를 43.3% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 간호대학생의 진로태도성숙도를 향상시키기 위해서 자아존중감과 자율성을 높이는 한편 학과만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램을 개발 적용하는것이 필요하다.
