- Abstract
- 본 연구는 대학생의 자기분화와 진로적응성, 정서지능의 구조적 관계를 확인하고, 자기분화와 진로적응성의 관계에서 정서지능의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경남에 소재하는 대학생 450명을 무선표집하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며 최종 400명의 자료를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0을 활용하여 구조모형 및 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 자기분화는 진로적응성 및 정서지능과 정적 상관을 보였으나 진로적응성에는 직접적인 영향을 주지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 정서지능은 자기분화와 진로적응성 간의 관계를 완전 매개하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 대학생의 진로적응성에 대한 자기분화의 중요성을 확인해 주는 동시에 정서지능을 통한 진로적응성의 향상 가능성을 입증해 준 결과로 판단되었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학생의 진로적응성을 위한 자기분화와 정서지능의 향상 방안, 상담에 대한 함의, 향후 과제와 제한점 등이 논의되었다.
