- Abstract
- 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 Korean Version of Self-Efficacy Questionnaire (KSE-12)의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하기 위해 시행되었다. 2020년 3원 2일부터 3일 사이에 일개 지역 3개 대학에 재학 중인 간호대학생 155명을 대상으로 KSE-12 설문지를 작성하도록 하였다. 도구의 요인을 파악하기 위하여 Varimax 직각회전방식을 이용한 탐색적 요인분석을 시행하였으며, 단일요인의 12문항이 도출되었다. KSE-12는 포괄적 대인관계 의사소통능력(GICC)과 정적상관관계를 보여(p<.001) 준거타당도가 확보되었으며 Conbach’s α값이 .98로 나타나 타당도와 신뢰도가 높은 도구임이 확인되었다. 따라서 본 도구를 사용하여 한국 간호대학생의 의사소통 자기효능감을 평가하고 이들을 위한 의사소통 자기효능감 증진 프로그램 개발을 위한 근거자료를 마련해 나가길 바란다.
