- Abstract
- 목적 : 만삭의 정상 및 전자간증 임신 산모의 태반에서 Placenta growth factor mRNA (PIGF mRNA)의 발현 부위를 확인하고 두 군간의 발현 정도의 차이를 비교하였다.연구 방법 : 전자간증 임신 산모의 태반 5예와 정상 대조군 산모의 태반 8예를 대상으로 Northern blot analysis 및 In situ hybridization 방법을 시행하여 결과를 비교, 관찰하였다.결과 : Northern blot analysis 및 In situ hybridization에서 1.7 kb의 PlGF2 mRNA의 band를 확인하였고 정상 대조군 보다 전자간증 임신 산모의 태반에서 그 농도가 의미 있게 감소된 소견을 보였다. In situ hybridization에서 PlGF mRNA의 signals은 융모성 영양모세포의 syncytial membrane, 그리고 stem villi의 혈관을 둘러싸는 perivascular tissue에서 발현되었다.
