- 본 발명은 식물세포의 조직배양 동안 온도 및 광주기 조건을 최적화하거나, 다중 레플리콘(multiple replicon)을 이용하여 HDR(homology-directed DNA repair) 필요 인자 및 효율증대 인자를 발현하거나, HDR 경로 또는 NHEJ(non-homologous end joining) 경로를 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 식물체에서 상동재조합(homologous recombination) 기반의 유전자 편집 효율을 증가시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.
