- 본 발명은 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 돌돔(Oplegnathus fasciatus) 유래의 OfPGRP2(Oplegnathus fasciatus peptidoglycan recognition protein 2) 단백질 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 OfPGRP2 단백질은 어류용 항생제 대체 물질로 사용하거나, 양식 어류에 대한 사료첨가제 등으로 유용하게 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
