- 본 발명의 연어 어묵을 제조하는 방법은 연어 프레임육을 활용하여 연어 어 묵의 배합 공정과 색 발현 공정과 같은 가공공정을 최적화하였으며, 제조된 연어 어묵은 관능이 우수하고, 영양성분이 다량으로 포함되어 있으므로 건강 기능성 식 품으로 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.
