- 본 발명은 매운 맛의 구운 굴 통조림을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 로 3월 중순부터 5월까지 채취한 굴을 사용하지만, 굴을 자숙과정, 굽는 과정, 및 멸 균과정과 함께 매운 맛의 첨가물을 포함하여 식중독 예방하여 사철 내내 먹을 수 있고, 구운 맛에 함께 매운 맛을 가미하고, 굴 농축액을 첨가하여 영양이 풍부하면 서도 풍미가 좋은 고부가 가치의 매운 맛의 구운 굴 통조림의 제조방법에 관한 것 이다.
