- Abstract
- 본 연구는 대학생 시절에 필수적으로 발달시켜야 하는 대인관계능력의 중요성에 주목하고 부모양육태도와 대인관계능력 간의 관계에서 자아분화수준의 매개효과가 어떠한 지를 검증하였다. 연구를 위해 경남지역 소재 3개의 대학에 재학 중인 남녀학생 470명을 대상으로 설문조사하였고, 그 중 456명의 자료가 최종분석에 사용되었다. 자료는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 구조방정식 모형으로 분석되었다. 분석결과, 대학생이 지각한 부모양육태도와 자아분화수준 및 대인관계능력 간에는 유의한 정적 상관관계가 나타났고, 부모양육태도와 대인관계능력의 관계에서 자아분화수준이 부분 매개를 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 대학생의 대인관계능력은 부모의 양육태도를 긍정적으로 지각할수록 높으며, 자아분화수준이 높을 경우에도 대인관계능력은 높아지는 것으로 해석되었다. 따라서 부모양육태도를 개선하는 방식의 부모교육이 확대되고, 자아분화수준을 향상시키기 위한 차별적 개입 등이 제안되었다. 결과를 토대로 교육 및 상담에 대한 함의를 제시하였고, 연구의 제한점과 향후 방향 등이 논의되었다.
