- Abstract
- 본 연구에서는 복합상업시설의 이용객들이 자율적으로 서술한 블로그를 텍스트 마이닝 분석을 활용하여 이용현황 및 특성을 분석하여 복합상업공간의 집객에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 복합상업공간을 계획시 고려할 수 있는 시사점을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 검색엔진 Naver와 Daum의 블로그 제목과 원문에 ‘타임스퀘어’와 ‘더현대서울’이 포함된 텍스트 데이터를 대상으로 이루어졌으며, 블로그 수집 및 분석을 위하여 웹 기반 추출 도구인 텍스톰(Textom)을 활용하였다.
