- Abstract
- 바이러스성 앞포도막염은 단순포진바이러스(herpes simplex virus, HSV), 대상포진바이러스(varicella zoster virus, VZV), 거대세포바이러스(cytomegalovirus, CMV)와 같은 병원체에 의해 발생하며, 각막내피세포 손상을 초래할 수 있는 염증성 질환이다. 바이러스의 직접 감염, 면역 반응, 안압 상승 및 수술과 같은 다양한 요인으로 인해 내피세포 손실이 진행되며, 이는 각막 부종과 시력 손실로 이어질 수 있다. 정확한 진단을 위해 방수 PCR과 고해상도 이미징이 필수적이며, 항바이러스제와 항염증 요법을 병행한 치료가 중요하다.
