| dc.description.abstract | 도박의 윤리성에 관한 연구 김 대 군 연구 목적: 이 연구는 윤리원칙들을 적용하여 도박의 윤리성을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 방법: 연구방법은 도박의 윤리성을 고찰하기 위해서 우선 놀이와 도박에 대한 문헌과 윤리원칙에 대한 문헌을 검토하고, 도박의 현재성을 드러내기 위해서 국내외 인터넷 최신 기사들을 조사하여 활용하였다. 연구 내용: 이 논문의 연구내용은 Ⅱ장에서는 개인윤리와 사회윤리를 구분하여 정리하였다. Ⅱ장을 바탕으로 해서 Ⅲ장에서는 자본주의 사회에서 도박을 개인적 놀이와 사회제도적 보호 측면에 초점을 두고 탐색하였다. Ⅳ장에서는 Ⅱ, Ⅲ장을 바탕으로 해서 놀이 윤리의 원칙들을 적용하여 도박의 윤리성을 평가하였다. 결론 및 제언: 어떤 도박은 국가의 부와 직업을 창출한다는 이유로 합법화하고 있다. 그러나 도박은 악행금지 원칙, 선행 원칙, 자율성 원칙, 충분한 설명에 의한 동의 원칙, 공리 원칙, 정직성의 원칙으로 볼 때 비윤리적인 측면이 강하다. 따라서 개인윤리 측면과 사회윤리 측면에서 도박 활동과 도박장에 대한 규제가 정당화 됨을 제언하였다. 핵심어: 도박, 놀이, 개인윤리, 사회윤리, 윤리원칙 | - |
