- Abstract
- 본 연구는 장애인 사회참여 촉진을 위한 정보접근권, 시설물접근권, 이동권에 초점을 맞추어 Spatial 메타버스 플랫폼을 설계 구현한 연구이다. 연구방법은 국토정보플랫폼에서 제공하는 수치지도 데이터를 활용하여 공간정보를 획득하였으며, QGIS(ver. 3.28.8)를 이용하여 도로, 건물, 표고 등 필요한 데이터를 추출하였다. AutoCAD(ver. 2023) 활용은 중복된 선을 제거하고 최종 지도 데이터를 정리하였다. 연구결과 정보접근권, 시설물접근권, 이동권 확보는 가상현실을 통해 장애인이 이동권을 보장받고, 심리적 안정을 취하며, 사회의 일원으로서 적극적인 사회참여 환경 조성에 긍정적인 요소로 작용할 것이다. 결론적으로 다가오는 플랫폼 기술 방향성은 전통적 하드웨어 중심이었던 통신 분야도 6G 통신에 대한 기대와 더불어 클라우드 기반 소프트웨어 중심으로 패러다임은 변화하고 있으며 장애인 생활환경 조성과 사회참여 촉진에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
