- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 한국 65세 이상 노인의 자아존중감과 노후소득보장 수급액의 관계를 고찰하는 것이다. 한국복지패널자료(2012~2017)를 횡단면 회귀분석과 패널자료분석방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 횡단면 회귀분석의 결과, 노인의 자아존중감에 영향을 미치는 인구사회학적 변수들을 통제하더라도 노후소득보장제도 수급액은 노인의 자아존중감과 통계적으로 유의미하게 연관되어 있다. 즉 국민연금과 특수직역연금 수급액은 자아존중감과 긍정적으로 연관되어 있으며, 국민기초생활보장제도와 기초(노령)연금 수급액은 자아존중감과 부정적으로 연관되어 있다. 둘째, 패널자료분석의 결과, 기초연금을 제외하고는 횡단면 분석결과와 유사하게 나타났다. 이와 같은 분석 결과를 기반으로 정책적 함의를 제시하였다.
