| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 대학운동부 선수와 지도자의 선수에 대한 스포츠인권 인식과 이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하는 것이다. 구체적으로, 선수와 지도자의 특성에 따른 스포츠인권 인식 차이 및 인식에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명했다. 연구참여자는 한국대학스포츠협의회에 등록된 선수와 지도자 중 설문에 응답한 선수 2,938명(남: 2,247, 여: 691)과 지도자 302명(남:270, 여: 32)이다. 자료수집은 스포츠인권 인식척도 설문지를 통해 온라인으로 실시했다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계, 독립표본 t검정, 일원분산분석, 이원 로지스틱 회귀분석 등으로 분석했다. 연구 결과 첫째, 대학운동부 선수는 여성, 비접촉 종목, 입상 경험이 있는 경우, 개인 숙소를 사용하는 경우 스포츠인권 인식과 이에 영향을 미치는 요인이 대체로 높았다. 둘째, 대학운동부 지도자는 입상 경험이 있는 경우와 개인종목, 비접촉 종목의 경우 스포츠인권 인식과 이에 영향을 미치는 요인이 대체로 높았다. 연구 결과를 토대로 논의와 후속 연구를 제언했다. | - |
