파킨슨병 가족을 위한 모바일 기반 역량강화 프로그램 개발

Abstract

연구목적 본 연구는 파킨슨병 환자 돌봄 가족을 대상으로 모바일을 기반으로 제공될 수 있는 역량강화프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 연구방법 모바일 앱에 대한 개발과정은 Dick, Carey & Carey의 체계적설계 모델을 기반으로 분석, 설계, 개발, 운영, 평가단계로 진행하였다. 본 연구의 콘텐츠 타당성 검증은 전문가 4인으로 구성하였으며, 개발된 프로그램 시범운영은 파킨슨병 돌봄가족 20명을 대상으로1주 동안 시범 적용하였다. 개발된 프로그램에 대한 사용자 만족도 평가는 시범운영에 참여한 파킨슨병 돌봄가족 20명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 사용자 평가를 위한 도구는 건강 정보 웹사이트 평가기준을수정·보완하여 프로그램 구성과 내용을 평가하였다. 결과 프로그램 개발 결과 대표화면은 4개의 메뉴로 메인화면(인사말, 프로그램 소개, 이용방법), 도입화면(회원가입 및 로그인, 파킨슨병 환자 평가, 돌봄가족 위험평가, 가족 스트레스 검사), 학습화면(8개 상위영역 및 26개 하위영역), 프로그램 학습에대한 만족도 평가로 구성하였다. 개발된 프로그램에 대한 사용자 만족도 평가결과 프로그램 구성 만족도는 평균 3.68점으로 정보의 유용성이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 프로그램 내용 만족도는 평균 3.63점으로 내용에 대한 용이성이 가장 높게 나타났다. 결론 본 연구결과를 토대로 파킨슨병 환자 돌봄에서가족참여의 중요성에 대한 인식을 확대하고, 환자 돌봄에 대한 대응능력과 문제해결을 위한 개입의범위를 가족 전체로 확대함으로써 보다 건강한 가족 관계를 형성하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다

Purpose This study aims to develop a capacity enhancement program accessible through mobile devices for families providing care for Parkinson's disease patients. Methods The development process for the mobile app was carried out based on Dick, Carey & Carey's systematic design model, which includes analysis, design, development, operation, and evaluation stages. The content validity verification of this study was conducted with four experts, and the developed program was pilot-tested with 20 Parkinson's disease caregivers for one week. The user satisfaction evaluation of the developed program was conducted with 20 Parkinson's disease caregivers who participated in the pilot-test. A tool based on modified and supplemented health information website evaluation criteria was used to evaluate the program composition and content. Result The representative screen of the program development results consisted of four menus: the main screen (greetings, program introduction, usage instructions), the introduction screen (membership registration and login, Parkinson's disease patient evaluation, caregiver risk assessment, family stress test), the learning screen (eight major areas and 26 sub-areas), and the satisfaction evaluation of program learning. The user satisfaction evaluation results for the developed program indicated that the program composition satisfaction had an average score of 3.68, with information usefulness being rated the highest. Additionally, the program content satisfaction had an average score of 3.63, with content comprehensibility being rated the highest. Conclusion Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that this research contributes to expanding the understanding of the significance of family involvement in caregiving for individuals with Parkinson's disease. By broadening the scope of family intervention in caregiving and problem-solving, this study has the potential to facilitate the development of healthier family relationships.
