문화 예술활동에서 성평등 실천 방안

Abstract

이 연구는 문화 예술 활동에서 성평등을 실현할 수 있는 실천 방안을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 문화 예술계의 성평등 실태에 대한 경험적 연구들과 성평등 실천을 위한 이론 연구들에 대한 문헌들을 바탕으로 이론과 주장들을 해석하고 활용하고자 했다. 이 논문의 연구내용은 Ⅱ장에서는 문화 예술활동에서 자유, 자율성, 자기결정권의 의의를 찾아보았다. Ⅱ장을 바탕으로 해서 Ⅲ장에서는 문화 예술계에서 성불평등의 원인에 대해 논의하였다. Ⅳ장에서는 성평등한 환경조성 방안으로 ‘퀴드 프로 쿠오(Quid pro Quo)’ 관계와 ‘적대적 환경’ 바로잡기에 대해 탐색하였다. 문화 예술활동에서 성평등은 문화 예술활동의 자유, 자율성, 자기결정권을 보장하는 바탕이 되는 기본적 가치다. 본 논문에서는 아직도 문제가되고 문화 예술계의 성불평등 원인을 진단하여, 결론적으로 경계권 보호, 경계윤리를 성평등 실천 방안으로 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest action plans to create a gender equality environment in the cultural and artistic fields. The research method is to interpret and utilize theories and arguments based on literature research. We will utilize literature on empirical studies on the reality of the gender equality environment in the culture and arts world and theoretical studies for gender equality practice. In Chapter Ⅱ, I searched for the significance of freedom, autonomy, and the right to self-determination in cultural and artistic activities. Based on Chapter Ⅱ, in Chapter Ⅲ I discussed the causes of gender inequality in the world of culture and arts. In Chapter Ⅳ, I explored ‘Quid pro Quo’ and ‘hostile environment’ in order to present a plan to create a gender-equal environment. Gender equality in arts and cultural education is a fundamental value that guarantees freedom, autonomy, and the right to self-determination in cultural and artistic activities. In this paper, we diagnosed the causes of gender inequality in the arts and culture world, which is still a problem. As a result of this, the protection of boundary rights and boundary ethics were proposed as measures to practice gender equality.
