- Abstract
- This paper analyzes the combination of snubber circuits to reduce the surge voltage of DC Solid-State Circuit Breaker switches. There are three representative methods for reducing surge voltage on SSCB. Since each is independent, they can be combined, and the integrated circuit assures a lower surge voltage than the existing method. In conclusion, as the snubber circuit is added, the surge reduction effect increases, and finally, it is possible to reduce surge voltage considerably. © 2024 IEEE.
