| dc.description.abstract | 윤리적 리더십 이론의 학문적 위상과 구성 요인 배 명 우ㆍ방 원 석ㆍ방 정 배ㆍ박 균 열 연구 목적: 이 연구는 새롭게 발전하고 있는 윤리적 리더십의 학문적 위상을 살펴보기 위해, 윤리적 리더십 개념을 재정의하고 구성 요인들을 탐색하는 것을 목표로 한다. 연구 방법: 이 연구는 윤리적 리더십 이론에 대한 문헌연구를 중심으로 하였다. 연구 내용: 이 연구는 일반적인 리더십 이론들이 깊게 다루지 않는 윤리적 측면을 보완하기 위한 리더십 이론으로 윤리적 리더십을 다룬다. 그동안 연구된 윤리적 리더십 이론은 리더행동 윤리이론, 리더품성 윤리이론, 리코나의 통합인격에 의한 윤리적 리더십, 레스트의 4구성요소에 의한 윤리적 리더십 등으로 구분해 볼 수 있다. 이를 바탕으로 윤리적 리더십에 대한 개념을 새롭게 재정의하고 그 구성 요인들을 탐색하였다. 결론 및 제언: 윤리적 리더십 구성 요인은 개인적인 도덕성 요인에서 조직의 관리적 측면과 환경적 측면을 고려한 다양한 요인으로 확대되었으며 지속적인 연구가 필요하다. 핵심어: 윤리적 리더십, 리더행동윤리이론, 리더인성윤리이론, 통합인성, 레스트의 4요소 | - |
