| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 KMDD 도덕적 딜레마 토론을 활용하여 군 장병의 민주시민의식을 함양하기 위한 효과적인 정신전력교육 방안을 모색하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 군대와 시민사회의 관계를 연구하는 민군관계 이론은 분리형, 통합형, 절충형이 있는데, 본 연구는 군의 특수성과 시민사회의 보편적 가치를 절충하는 절충형의 관점에서 접근하였다. 먼저, 군복 입은 시민을 위한 도덕적 역량의 함의와 도덕적 딜레마의 특징이 무엇인지 탐색하고, 민주시민으로서 군인에게 요구되는 도덕성의 두 측면인 도덕적 지향과 도덕적 역량에 대해 살펴보았다. 이를 바탕으로 린트(G. Lind) 교수가 개발한 콘스탄츠 딜레마 토론(KMDD) 9개 단계를 적용하여 군의 정신전력교육 시 민주시민으로서의 장병들의 도덕적 역량을 기를 수 있는 교수-학습모델을 구체적으로 제시하였다. | - |
