- Abstract
- 본 연구에서는 ‘청년재직자 내일채움공제’ 사업의 행정 데이터를 이용해서 중도해지 예측모형을 개발하고 중도해지에 영향을 주는 요인들을 분석하였다. 데이터 분석에는 머신러닝 방법론인 의사결정나무와 통계 방법론인 생존분석을 활용하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 청년재직자 내일채움공제 상품에 대한 미납이 발생하면 중도해지가 발생할 확률이 높았다. 둘째, 중소기업의 규모, 이익, 부채 등 전반적인 경영 상황이 중도해지에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 소규모 중소기업일수록 입사 기간이 짧은 청년재직자가 중도해지하는 경향이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 정책적 개선 방안 및 시사점을 제시하였다.
