- Abstract
- Gears are mechanical components used for power transmission and are widely used in many industries. This studypresents a method for designing teeth in a friction car and transmitting power through contact between the teeth.
This method can control the mechanical efficiency of transmitting power and has the advantage of a low designvolume. In addition, because its rotation ratio is constant and because it can withstand high torque, it is widely usedin many industries, including aircraft, automobiles, and agricultural machinery. Gearboxes are used under manyconditions and environments. Various types of gears have been developed by adjusting the shape of the gear to suitspecific conditions and environments.
