- Abstract
- 본 연구는 강박장애에 취약한 20대 청년을 대상으로 자기에 대한 두려움이 강박사고와 강박행동 각각에 어떻게 영향을 주는지 그리고 어떤 변수로부터 영향을 받는지 조사하였다. 20~29세 청년 138명에게 자기 보고식 설문을 온라인으로 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 27.0을 사용하여 변수의 기초통계량을 확인하였고 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석을 실시하였다. PROCESS Macro 4.1을 사용하여 부트스트래핑(Bootstrapping) 방식으로 간접효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 주요 결과로 자기에 대한 두려움이 고통 감내력을 통해 강박사고에 간접적인 정적영향을 주는 것으로 나타났고, 지각된 사회적 지지가 자기에 대한 두려움과 고통 감내력을 차례대로 통하여 강박사고에 간접적인 부적영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점과 후속 연구에 필요한 시사점을 제안하였다.
